They deploy to client location with good salary compared to other companies, but after that they don't care of employee in any way.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Salary is good but career growth is zero. Depends on client how they treat the deployed employee. Even after 2years they have not given any hike or not even asked how the employee is in this pandemic situation and any requirement to setup for WFH.

Skill development - Poor
Promotions - Bad
Company culture - Bad

Work Details

After deploying the employee it's totally depends on how client treats. For me I work with Qualcomm and my manager is great and I can tell he is the best manager I have seen in the industry. I love to work under him but I am looking for more challenging.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

All the employees will be deployed to client location, post that no one will ask what ur doing and are you facing any issues

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
