Only Weekend Holidays Nothing else. It's IT company so this benefit available everywhere.

Following things missing or not found in the company. 1) Transparency 2) Ethics 3) Culture 4) Growth 5) Ideology 6) Bye laws 7) Rules 8) Vision 9) Process 10) Respect toward Commitment If company can't afford you then no notice period. HR will say you in evening this is your last day. No job security. No Increment and growth valuation. ( Even your team leader views is not taken into consideration only what Director think its right.) Director will play with your career. If there is any positive rating related to the company (on this platform or other like Glassdoor, Google) then this is malfunction decided by Company . They forced existing employee to give positive review so that they can recruit more. If you Denial then HR will force you to give positive response. One of the greatest thing that struck me science joining seven bits how involved and friendly every team member is with each other regardless of their designation. They have Incorporated something called as Retro Meeting which is held every two weeks.
