Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

The management has created its own mafia because most of the higher post people are here for more than 10 years in this company, their ego is more than the Everest, there is no growth. Stay here for more than 10 years for just a promotion. Variables are just on papers though you don’t get any. Things are always changing around here. Nothing is permanent one approach is introduced and is changed again after a few months and they would expect the employees to adapt rapidly which is not the case. You can not work in your comfort zone meaning just meet your core KPIs and be done without it but NO there will always be adhoc tasks and a lot of them very frequently
