Pathetic interview process, no one is sincere in hiring, TA team is not active in response and keeps delaying the interview status. No proper support and response after the interview. HR Head is not aware about the company policies, non-sincere approach in entire recruitment process. They take 1-2 months to update on interview status and ultimately they say NO by giving illogical logics. TA team takes 3-4 days to respond to the messages and then they simply ignore. Takes reference details even before providing offer letter, promises to share offer letter on same day then they get vanished for a 1-1.5 month. Then after taking follow ups, they reject the candidature stating "Profile irrelevant" reason. After taking 2-3 rounds of interview, they state "Profile irrrelevant" .
