Everything in this company. Worst management ever i have seen in my career. Zero work life balance , using slangs by operation department. My god if you want to ruin your career then go for the company. If you are expert in licking then you are a good employee. In seple you will not get praise for good work. You will get praise for showing off your work.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
