Hi Team, I know we're a startup and budget is tight, but it would be awesome if we could do something small to celebrate festivals like Diwali and Durga Puja with the family and friends. Seeing friends get bonuses at their companies during these times makes us feel a little down. Even a small box of sweets or a token bonus would really mean a lot to us.
