(Eg. you will have 2 PTOs in January , 4 in Feb and so on , let's say u use 1 in Jan then u will have 3 in Feb ) So in case if you want to take 5 PTOs in Feb then you will have lost of pay....Read More

As small company, so learning is nice. As there are only employees on finger tips everyone has to do all work. So people get to chance to learn all work.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
