I worked in Sensiple for 5.5 years. I throughly enjoyed working over there in that period. My team and my boss were too good. I started my career as fresher and came out with strong team lead and Trainer experience. I'm happy in what I was now. HR services are too poor and pathetic. They won't show any interest in dealing with nightshift employees. Just to conduct programmes or for any kind of participation needed from our team, they will come and show their faces. We struggled lot to addressed our issues. My management supported bit, but not to the core. HR people don't even mind to read one email and after so many multiple follow-ups, they will think to reply. The rating is only for company, not for my team.
