Worst policy have ever seen, no work life balance for the employees under managers. No organisation culture in managers and HR, they only think about companies profit and their own profit. Total under professional and uncultured people in the management.

No job security Company is about to bankrupt. Company is not having projects and putting employees on bench and then termination. If you have 2 offer letter keep Cyient as 2nd and if you have 10 offer letter keep Cyient as 10th option.

If you don't get any project with in 1month then definitely you will be getting weekly call from HR for reminding your last working day .. If you won't get project with in 2 months then you will be terminated directly. No job security.
