I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Last three months its all good, my company did whatever necessary things like salary, food and accommodation, but now days some people are negative they together keep in positive room and keep in positive or recovery people blks, and now no more free food so we all buy that line also so many recovery peoples and we all negative we also together with them, and toilets are not clean very nasty, and still no work , we all negative but we never go to work, but some people's are recovered peoples stil going work at same blk where we stay, keep negative peoples at diff blks its will be better and need to improve the toilets cleaness.
