The skills include good communication, problem solving of the students, framing of time table according to the level of the student, helping in projects and homework, communicating with parents about the problemsand their solution faced by the child , using suitable method to teach the student . However, one has to be disciplined enough to manage the given syllabus If you are well in control and can plan well the implementation, you are the boss. Its an act of patient nurturing and guiding.

No job security You can be forwarded to resign on bank official. No matter how good your numbers. Lots of pressure, Extremely stressful environment. Will be accountable to bank and lots life both. Internal Politics at higher end. Working hours are not restricted to 9:30 to 6:30. You will have to work from 7:30 morning to 11:30 late night. It's normal work culture if you are talking care of bancasurance vertical. Random zoom meeting and concalls are way of life.
