Nothing, Pretends to be very great and friendly company, but not in reality

There are multiple things I can mention about this consultancy 1- job security ( they can terminate any employee if they are not Generating revenue for this firm, it doesn't matter if he/she is fresher or experienced ) 2- toxic working environment - if you look at the social media pages of this firm you will fall in love with the interial of this firm, but from inside their is no value of your efforts and hard work 3- Favoritism - in this firm you will see the favoritism for some employees because they are family members and if they does not performing well there will be no action taken against by them but they will take a stand against the employee who is putting his efforts but not getting results they will terminate them on the spot.. 4- salary commitment - firstly they will commit the particular amount of the salary and after at the time of giving salary they will make some deduction which they never mentioned at the time of salary discussion 5- they dont have HR for internal operations...nobody is taking a stand for the issues faced by employees Please make sure that you are taking enough time to do research about this firm.....Read More
