Organisation provides ample amount of learning opportunities but only when the employee show certain level of commitment and dedication towards work. The HR tend to have Salary disbursement discussion with the candidates before they join the organisation so if the candidate first agrees to the same and then later on seems to have issue then that certainly shows lack of professionalism from the candidate/employee's end HR can't be blamed for the same. The Organisation has one of the best Management with the Open Door Policy.
