Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Work environment is good...we can easily talk to our MD sir/mam ...also they listen to us.

Management was not good at all. Also they don't teach us ..what should we do exactly... What are the processes and other equipments they installed ..their working and principle.

Nothing is good in the company. The CEO himself is very toxic.

Dislikes

They treat you like labour. Worst company culture I came across. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. Expect to work during weekend, for longer time, from home without any extra benefit. Average life of good employee is max 3-4 months. They force employees to give rating of 5stars otherwise they don't give them a relieving letter.
