I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Nothing is good in the company. The CEO himself is very toxic.

Dislikes

They treat you like labour. Worst company culture I came across. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. Expect to work during weekend, for longer time, from home without any extra benefit. Average life of good employee is max 3-4 months. They force employees to give rating of 5stars otherwise they don't give them a relieving letter.
