The way top management deals with issues. Hire and fire concept. When I joined 5 people left in the matter of 2 months. No clarity of job description beforehand. Basically all things that go wrong when only 2 members are decision markers. Office space in Mumbai. Washroom condition. I personally regretted my choice of leaving a greatjob and joining here. You learn how to deal with bad managers.

Dislikes

There's no focus on nurturing anyone's skills here and the top management needs to seriously learn how to manage a team of people who are working in an industry largely driven by human factors. They have a sales approach which at times feels like working at a BPO than a consultancy. Also, There are no employee benefits apart from your salary.
