The way top management deals with issues. Hire and fire concept. When I joined 5 people left in the matter of 2 months. No clarity of job description beforehand. There's no focus on nurturing anyone's skills here and the top management needs to seriously learn how to manage a team of people who are working in an industry largely driven by human factors. They have a sales approach which at times feels like working at a BPO than a consultancy. Also, There are no employee benefits apart from your salary.
