Credit Monitoring Role - CA (3-12 yrs)

JD - Credit Monitoring- Age max 35 years

- Preparing of Annual Review Notes for allotted Region in corporate Finance in timely manner, Notes are extensive and needs to be made by the candidate, covering detailed financial Analysis and presentation as per DoA for approval of reviews.

- Preparing Financial spreads in this process. Meeting the customer & visiting the customer's factory.

- Knowledge of financials ratios , financial spreads is necessary

- Past Credit / Credit monitoring exposure to corporate customers large / mid necessary

- Ability of work independently and handle ambiguity and coordinate with various stakeholders

- Working on presentations to the Credit Monitoring Committee working on SICR reporting to RBI

Other Regulatory reporting:

- Customer Information report preparation

- Portfolio Review in detail for entire portfolio assigned

- Sector based review of portfolio for NBFC , LAS , Real Estate

- Identifying early warning signals

- High Risk/ Exit accounts identified of the reviews

- Put Call Review note preparation & obtaining timely Approvals

- Handling of SMA accounts and represent TCFSL in lenders meetings / JLFs as and when required in connection with the SMA accounts.

- Restructuring of the facility wherever required

- Valuations of Collateral on timely basis , interacting with customer and valuer for same

- Office Visits/ customer visits/ Customer calls periodically for result analysis, project assessment. asset verification

- Appraising specific post disbursement approvals/ NOCs that are required to be taken by borrowers as per sanction terms and recommending the same to approving authorities

- Analyzing GST, IT ,PF , allied information towards assessing business activity and financial condition

- Ensuring compliance to credit monitoring policy for various monitoring activities.

- Handling of Internal Audit queries

Qualification - CA with at least 8 years work experience
