The work Culture is so pathetic, No clarity in hierarchy, no defined structure as to who is reporting to whom They are hiring people with 0 Insurance knowledge on Manager level just because of previous friendships and then they try to act oversmart and micromanage like wannabe manager They expect you to ask for their permission before leaving from ofc and they talk about flexible work culture.. Ironic If you answer them back, their ego will get hurt and they try to bring unnecessary topics to grill you and will form their own policies of which even HR is not aware of just to satisfy their ego. If that also is not satisfied then they will put you on PIP so that you are forced to leave as you are left with no option. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
