Opportunities for skill development and career growth are severely limited. Culture is full of hypocrisy because they quote very high standards of transparency but on their turn hide behind the word confidentiality. They have accountability but if u even dare hold anyone accountable it hurts their ego and constructive criticism is abig no no, only yes wo/men needed. Especially HR person are highly unprofessional and insensitive. They either dont respond or they blame the employee only. Work life balance is very bad and they seriously dont care about their people( employees). During pandemic all work was going smooth and we even received commendation for it but they want to bring people back to office at the first chance they get, we came back to office in august 2020 itself and only closed office when second wave lockdown was imposed. While in US they are yet to start coming back to office as of may 2021 why coz Indian employees are expendable....Read More
