Additionally, no health insurance benefits, lack of bonuses leaves some feeling under-rewarded despite their hard work. Concerns have also been raised about the promotion policy, which is seen as lacking transparency & fairness, with some employees feeling that the criteria for advancement are not always clear. Furthermore, decisions are sometimes perceived to be biased toward the feedback of select individuals or groups which create an unequal atmosphere.
