Yes I like the company.. They give promotions based on your skills. And provide work life balance.
I just wanted to have them know that if we could get leave for Indian festivals also so we can enjoy festivals with our family.

We cannot give off for all Indian holidays as we are part of US healthcare system. I am sure even in India, healthcare staff do not get off for Indian holidays. Having said that, we allow most of our employees to work from home which should help during festivals.

Lot of partiality and discrimination done by higher management among employees. Policy is changes from person to person in terms of work from home, hybrid pattern and other facilities.

Dear Employee, Thanks for the feedback. Please see our response below: As part of safety and crisis management measures during covid, the company offered work from home option to all its' employees. Once the covid wave relented significantly, we decided to open the doors for all our employees starting with hybrid model. There were challenges with some employees being located in other cities, having personal constraints, long commute from work, etc. Due to business needs, hybrid work required us to optimize all the places where work takes place so it was offered to some employees keeping in mind safety of employees with long commute especially female staff, those having late night meetings, product releases and deployments, technical support, etc. The decision was purely business and not biased towards any employee or with the intent of causing any discrimination. We take pride in our office culture and make sure the sanctity of our culture is maintained. We appreciate the patience shown by our employees working from office during the last couple of years as we adapted to what worked best for ‘us’. The working model was adapted based on the business and product needs along with alignment of working across different time zones. Having said that, we have seen a consistent increase in the number of people from the software department returning to the office which is currently around 85-87%. We understand the concerns and are doing our best to get the remaining staff report to office without disrupting the organizational goals and initiatives.

The Vice President of my previous company, who also claimed to be the technical head, demonstrated a severe lack of technical expertise and leadership. His inability to estimate tasks accurately often resulted in timelines spiraling out of control, with tasks expected to be completed in 2-3 days by him only and it will take 5-6 months under his guidance and still he can't able to understand the requirements, reflecting his inexperience and poor planning, but he can make excuse of all this thing so nicely to prove. He don't believe in hierarchy as he don't understand the importance of BA, Tech lead presence in team.As he consider himself as 1 man show with his favorite. The work environment he created was toxic, marked by blatant favoritism, especially towards certain employees, notably Girls. He offered them preferential treatment in terms of work-from-home and hybrid options in the name of Business need as he himself taking flexibility of WFH , while refusing to accommodate other employees and even forcing them to work on weekends. This favoritism led to unnecessary ego and attitude issues among the team member further dismantling team cohesion and hierarchy which often leads to loosing your friendly beloved team member with unnecessary fight which he find entertaining. He undervalued employee experience, made unnecessary comparisons, and lacked accountability for the unorganized and chaotic teams under his supervision which make the work place a headache to work there. His inconsistent work ethics, discriminatory practices, and inappropriate casual behavior during one-on-one meetings created a demoralizing and unprofessional workplace. Moreover ,he has a knack of intelligence to create excuses for his own loopholes because he always get caught by his foolishness with Stakeholders. Under his supervision no project will go to final stage ,that is for sure. Even after resignation, the company maintained no proper ethics. Exit formalities were poorly managed, and I was never asked to fill out any feedback form. The final settlement (FnF) process was unnecessarily delayed, taking over 45 days, which is unacceptable. Also they calculate Fnf for current financial year and they forgot that you have worked for previous financial year too.Their inability to settle within the standard timeframe further demonstrated their unprofessionalism and lack of proper management. Overall, this was a place where I felt stuck and unsupported, with no respect for employees, even after they choose to leave. We disapprove your vilified and spiteful comments on the organization and the leadership as they seem to be biased, exhibit unprofessional demeanor, and are completely intended for malevolent purposes. The feedback is largely based on vague statements and personal opinion with an acerbic tone, concealing some obvious facts which we have tried to address below in our response. The VP of the company has launched multiple products worth $MM, while working in India and USA, with large MNC's like Deloitte, Oracle, and Philips holding leadership positions. He has demonstrated business acumen, technical leadership, and project management competencies while working in these companies. He also has various certifications in emerging technologies and project management. These facts undermine your acerbic statements and feedback towards the VP. Each product has a dedicated tech lead and/or project manager assigned by the VP to oversee the development tasks on a daily basis. It is possible that the VP had to step in to overcome the inefficiencies in order to meet the product timelines and stakeholder expectations. It is also possible that you worked here for 1 year as a software developer but your deliverables were found to be significantly delayed, no estimations were provided by you, seemingly small tasks took months, and code quality was poor with high defect density and lower velocity. You may have received constructive feedback on your performance by the project manager and/or VP that may have resulted in these spiteful comments or someone may have influenced you to post these negative comments. We take pride in our office culture and make sure the sanctity of our culture is maintained. We appreciate the patience shown by our employees working from office during the last couple of years as we adapted to what worked best for ‘us’. The working model was adapted based on the business and product needs along with alignment of working across different time zones. Our employees are expected to work 9 hours a day including 2 coffee breaks and one lunch for 5 days a week. Assuming an employee spends about 1 hour in the canteen, then he/she is working 8 x 5 = 40 hours a week. Is this too long work timings?!!!
