Don't join here. It's a harmful place for work. Old employees bully and harrass new employees and upon it if you complain to the floor HR, who's working for a long time. He will in return join with the old bully employees and give fake complaints to the management and get you terminated. Management and HR is biased and illegal. Theycompletely undoubtedly take the old employees side no matter what and how important is your complaint. Don't put your life at risk just for work experience and money. They'll also intimidate you if you take stand for yourself to protect. They'll at all costs protect the harasser and not the victims. They'll put you more into trouble. Be very careful. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
