Currently I'm working in R & D department where I learnt lot many things. But the managers didn't appreciate the work and are never satisfied with the work done by individuals in whole day.

working Policy is not there. No job security. Very low level politics. Manager specially plant one licking people to md and quality head. Operation head. Working culture is like "gulam giri". So I have no one can recommend this company. no product set. Blaming on each other. No transport facility for night shift. Night shift time is so unique 5to3.

Work Details

Very hectic and tension full work. Only 15 leaves in year and your take any leave for medical emergency also you have first meeting with Non technical md. He also give you termination letter on spot. So that is very terrible culture.
