Colleague are good supporting people

Dislikes

Plant head is selfish .. hr is high on his attitude. no respect for junior employees they just want production and pay you less. Fresher is for 9000 and after confirmation 12500 you have to work for 2 years for 1st increment.

The job is quite interesting i struggled in bit at joining time. I learned everything in very short time.i had the opportunity to learn all off in my department and this gele me the experience in working in different role in same team.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
