Gives confidence in decision making. This is my second job. In my first job was at large company for 2 yrs. My learning in 8 months at Sciative is much more. I am more confident. I understand the product. I can analyze with real data, and take decision on it. Moreover the decision I take, are directly seen by the clients. Only desperate people will work here. No work life balance, be ready to sacrifice your health & life balance. No Job security, you can be fired immediately without any reason & some casual reason. You will be overloaded with no of tasks which is not possible to complete by single person in the allocated duration. Says AI tool is used, but most of the work is done Manually like a labor. There will be hectic & toxic work culture.
