Policies : You need to submit your original document with them Reporting after 9:15 is late, After 9:30 is super late and after 9:45 is considered half day. Are we in school ? Official work hours are 9 AM - 6:30 PM but no one leaves before 7:30 PM. For any urgent medical leave you need to submit doctor's certificate even if you take leave for a day. The owners treat you badly. Talk very negatively they'll demotivate you. 50-60% of the team is full time students who are doing internship there. 20-30% are between 1-2 years of experience and only 10-15% are above 2+ YOE. Best practial experience i got in sciative. Worked on new technologies - Mongo, NumPy and Pandas, ReactJS, API integrations, backend architecture design and many more . . very supportive environment and colleagues. vision is clear.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
