Company takes huge delay in taking decisions. Especially where cost is concerned.no training is provided. As it's a growing company, not many manpower available. So most of the time we have to wear multiple hats. This delays project delivery

There is no micro management. No politics

There are very few employees who are permanent. Rest are on contract. The employees culture is bad. Can't form friends at work as they keep comparing salary. Even if eligible for leaves, we can't take as there are very less people. The employees have to interact constantly with the workers even . So the work culture becomes poor The company cringes on spending money on essentials. So washrooms are bad there are days with no supply .
