From my perspective this company follows hire and fire policy that can cause you a lot, Management including managers like Poornima, sumit saxena, Sherin and most of them from leadership team demonstrated a poor leadership skills, they make you feel undervalued and insecure and do not even make a mistake of joining there clients and RPO orgs. Also organisation has tendency to act on personal grudges instead of professional growth, which can result in unjustified terminations.
