The experience was mixed, as in I had good times as well as seen the indecisive behavior of the managers. As it happens in most of the corporates, partialism and biases are high. Overall, my experience out there was average. I quit because of a separate reason altogether. But for budding recruiters, Scalene might act as a good career booster.
Dislikes
I do not dislike anything as such coz every organization works on different policies and strategies. I feel, they should have proper training processes and should get quality candidates, who will be worth for money, instead of finding the cheap resource. Although the leadership team tries to figure out the employee grievances, they fail because of an unseen layer between them.
