Points to be noted 1. They only blame the lower employees 2.When ever there are escalations senior management plays blame game and puts it in the recruiters 3. They YELL at literally YELL at employees like WE ARE IN A BONDED LABOUR! 4.There is absolute chaos you may be working for one project in the morning and viola you are in a different one in the evening 5. Im writing this review to guide and hopefully this helps you to make informed decision about the organisation and the problems that i encountered not just affected my career but my peace of mind, my confidence level and health issues due to toxic work culture. From my perspective this company follows hire and fire policy that can cause you a lot, Management including managers like Poornima, sumit saxena, Sherin and most of them from leadership team demonstrated a poor leadership skills, they make you feel undervalued and insecure and do not even make a mistake of joining there clients and RPO orgs. Also organisation has tendency to act on personal grudges instead of professional growth, which can result in unjustified terminations. HRBP of the organisation is also not capable of anything in solving the employee query or question the management in taking faulty decisions.
