My area manager is behaving like we are slave of company. After banking hour he wants us on banca channel office everyday and sit there without any work. My work location is 70 kilometers from sbi life office. You do not have spent your time with family bcoz they open there office by 2nd and 3rd Saturday that is off days in papers only. Nothing to like in sbi life you have to work on Holidays also boss treat u like a slave HR are also not accountable

Dislikes

Working culture office environment politics only old people who working from last 4-5 years are getting acknowledge. If you are become a boss chamcha then you will get some relaxation other wise every hour u getting screw by boss. Bad product in comparison to other companies in market.

Work life is very bad they give multiple branches to handle almost 100km area u will start your day early but there is no fixed time to end your day every 2nd and 4th Saturday and all bank holidays u have to be present in sbi life office
