It's not an employee friendly work culture and ZAMs will call late night to head office for not selling particular product which they say and their is no much benefit.... Lesser salary more working hours and HR department is not strong .... I feel school kind of office like punishment and unofficial words .... Please do not join this company and worst company ever

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
