There is Quarterly incentive for the targets accomplished which is quite attractive in Bancassuarance.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

Poor work life balance as there would be concall even on holidays. Top level management put unwanted pressure even after achieving the targets and there is mandatory everyday login.

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
