Company provides you good perks and amenities ,if your opting for banca channel then its a great place to work

There is 7 days work culture, no festival holidays no govt holdiays long hours of work. No work life balance There is no mental peace, Inspite of doing all this its hard to achive your target. Bottom level employees are not sticking to the job because no holiday culture and wrost treatment from the management. The wrost part is management is not even worried to improve the work culture. Whole team is fake first they tell you it's you have to convince only walking customer and nothing else After branch assign they say you have to call the customers all calling convince the customer They tell to hide charges and tell lie to customers
