Overall it was good but as I was working for the past 4 years there was so increment in salary..I had fixed salary 9000 for the past 4 years. Since It is a well reputed company but no promotion for employees no appraisal nothing..This is the reason I left the job.

Dislikes

No appreciation to employees no appraisal no increments in salary...work environment is not healthy..full politics played amongst the employee and the manager.

Work Details

It was average..The branch I was allotted was good but still SBI card has to work a lot to maintain a healthy relationship between the employer and the employee

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
