The company gives sudden hike in salary for Graduate engineering trainee associates who have completed 3 years of bond period.

Dislikes

Company has a three years of bond period for Graduate Engineer Trainee, and very less starting package, which makes the Trainee to suffer for three years.

Work Details

Generally speaking, if you have joined in hyderabad location ( offshore location) there is less work, if you join in any other client location the work is more. If you join particularly in bangalore location there is much more work.
