Having multiple accounts like in banglore or Pune or Chennai, but it's hardly they will move people, it's all depends on the client feedback

It's all everything about client, if they give good feedback then u good or what they give feedback that's it, no work life balance,no security, worst part is after working so in salary part they will deduct variable pay which depends on clients Billing not our efforts, in hike every 2 and 1/2 year u will get hike and thats too very less
