The company have nice building , CNC wire bending machines, Robot welding machines, pipe bending machines.

Dislikes

There is no Job security, work pressure is too high, no decent compensation, no transportation. No value for Mid level management and no power to take decisions even for plant head. No trainings provided for employees to improve their skills. No proper maintenance of machines due to cost finalizations as well as improper payments. Don't have quality concept for top level management ( but, simply they say , quality is important, but, don't want to invest for improvements). Very difficult to get settlements and PF settlement form....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
