Company is lala company, only few managers are supporting only. Otherwise everyone is in practice for cutting your head. Rules are very personal to person. Marketing head is always shouting on employee and insult junior. Better not to waste your life and time here

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
