Overall, my time here has been quite positive, with several aspects that I appreciate. First and foremost, the behavior of higher authority individuals towards employees is commendable. While there are many positive aspects of my experience at Sarvadi, there are couple of areas where improvements could be made. Firstly, although the company offers work-from-home flexibility, the start and end times could be more flexible as well. This would provide employees with greater autonomy over their work schedules and enhance work-life balance. Secondly, Considering my tenure at the company, I occasionally feel that my compensastion could be more aligned with my contributions.
