They are not still to the words given to their employees. Behaviour towards employees is not good. Without any prior notice they are asking employees to leave without any specific reason. Don't respect their employees.

I have been working at Sarvadhi since February 2021, and I would like to share my thoughts and experiences with Sarvadhi. Overall, my time here has been quite positive, with several aspects that I appreciate. First and foremost, the behavior of higher authority individuals towards employees is commendable. They are consistently polite, friendly, and approachable, creating a comfortable working atmosphere. This positive attitude fosters a sense of respect and collaboration among colleagues. I genuinely enjoy coming to the office every day, as the atmosphere is welcoming and conductive to productivity. Sarvadhi has successfully created a space where employees feel valued, motivated, and engaged in their work. One of the most siginficant advantages of working at Sarvadhi is the emphasis on personal growth and learning. Sarvadhi provides an ideal environment for individuals who are eager to continuously learn and enhance their skills. The support and resources offered by organization enable employees to thrive and reach their full potential. Moreover, Sarvadhi is highly supportive of its employees, particularly during challanging times. Whether it's personal or professional difficulties, the organization stands by its employees. This level of support fosters a strong sense of belonging and loyalty among the workforce. Another aspect that sets Sarvadhi apart is its commitment to allowing employees to shape the company culture. Dislikes

While there are many positive aspects of my experience at Sarvadi, there are couple of areas where improvements could be made. Firstly, although the company offers work-from-home flexibility, the start and end times could be more flexible as well. This would provide employees with greater autonomy over their work schedules and enhance work-life balance. Secondly, Considering my tenure at the company, I occasionally feel that my compensastion could be more aligned with my contributions. However, I acknowledge that remuneration can be subjective and vary from person to person.

as an employ of sarvadhi solution i can say that it is a great place to work. the company has a strong focus on employee development and growth, and three are many opportunities to learn new skill and advance you career. the company culture is also very positive and supportive, and i feel valued and respected by my colleagues and managers.
