Dear Anonymous, In other reviews, you will see flexible working hours at Sarathi Softech. Regarding no personal life and micromanagement, You can either finish your 8 hours of work in 2 hours or work for 14 hours and go home. We only look at your work performance, if you can't complete and go home early then we recommend you sharpen your axe, instead of using the same skill set and applying it everywhere in the technology era. If you complete your work within the deadlines we will not bother you and do micromanagement. About working from home, we believe we are not working like other IT companies, we give unique service to our clients like banks and, government sector if you are looking to work from home then you must look for another IT company where you will get desired salary, work from home and security. It is recommended that you check previous reviews of Sarathi Softech before providing fake reviews anonymously.

Dear Anonymous, In other reviews, you will see that everyone is giving Monday through Friday as their working hours at Sarathi Softech. Regarding bad politics with employees, our Founder/CEO is directly connected and always in communication with all employees, therefore it is difficult for management to play politics. It is recommended that you check previous reviews of Sarathi Softech before providing fake reviews. As a competitor, I understand that everyone is striving to grow, but it does not make sense to pull others' legs while doing so. Stand out in the market by proving yourself. Thank you.
