Regarding no personal life and micromanagement, You can either finish your 8 hours of work in 2 hours or work for 14 hours and go home. We only look at your work performance, if you can't complete and go home early then we recommend you sharpen your axe, instead of using the same skill set and applying it everywhere in the technology era. If you complete your work within the deadlines we will not bother you and do micromanagement. About working from home, we believe we are not working like other IT companies, we give unique service to our clients like banks and, government sector if you are looking to work from home then you must look for another IT company where you will get desired salary, work from home and security.
