Currently I am working in sapphire overall I say in one word for sapphire the working culture is very helpful and all of one are very supportive

Sometimes working life balance has disturbed due to late night working but this is only rare cases

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package.
