The SAPCO company is good, but the people (Production manager, Engineering Manager, Safety Supervisor, Admin Officer and other indian relatives) running the company makes the management worst. If you are an indian and related to the above even if you are not qulaified you can be hired in this institution. For other nationality thisinstitution is not healthy and very toxic as they brought in indian culture which is not applicable for multi national employee set up for an institution. They can even hire siblings that is against company policy and they dont care conflict of interest, the policy is only applicable to the personnel not belong to the GVK group/S3 (SAPCO) Mafia or nationalities that are not indians but for the people running the show it is applicable for them as they can. Dislikes

Career growth is not on the mind of the senior management (Production manager, Engineering manager, Safety Supervisor, admin officer), unless you came from the majority indian group. There is a rampant politicking in Sapco or S3 as they called it. Lucky are those belong to the group and sorry are those that are not indian and not belong to the group. Even the locals complain too much for the improper handling on the training aspects. Some indian team mates are good but those that are related to the above and belong to the group they are like untouchables.
