1. Work environment is good. Less politics and helpful colleagues. At least in Bangalore 2. Worked under 4 managers. All were very supportive and gave good opportunities. 3. 1. Opportunity to work on more open source projects is less. No exposure to AWS cloud, we use SAP BTP here. So it gets tough to change job. 2. Many employees are leaving the company because of poor salary growth. 3. They are hiring substandard employees and letting go off good ones. It will have poor impact on future projects.

Dont get fooled by the offer letter Lot of retaliation type petty childish culture by old timers You dont have a voice in this company.
