Pay scale I would say is bit low for scholars. Other than that I think its a good company to join.

I worked as a back end developer during my scholar phase. But you are free to choose the filed you would like to work. Also a lot depends on the team manager who picks you up for a particular scholar phase

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
