Hiring process is pathetic at Sanofi. Their internal approval process is not streamlined. Not worth trying here, if you get call from recruiter just ignore. They waste their as well as your time.

Global sanofi is good , in india its a different story

The hub they have in Hyderabad is terribly built up , no real employee benefits . Mismatched profiles , too many structural changes every other month .biased if you are based out of Hyderabad location . Many people with no experience and skills getting randomly promoted . Toxic work culture.

Upper management is out of touch with operational details and sets unrealistic expectations to set you up for failure. Then blame you for missed deadlines . ZERO work life balance: forced to work ALL holidays due to unrealistic milestones set by upper management. ZERO growth due to all internal jobs require previous experience & will not give any interns candidates the opportunity to learn and take new role . Can’t take sick days due to unrealistic deadlines set by upper management. The “that’s not my job “ mentality by existing team members which limits learning opportunities. Job title / job description do not align with the actual work being done and cries for help falls on deaf ears with upper management who are focused solely on their 5 digit year end bonus . The expectation is : don’t care how you do it , just get it done . And if you don’t follow the rules because if you did , you’d miss the deadline and we will throw you under the bus ....Read More
