It had one of best culture, job security, skill development, work satisfaction, average salary package.

Dislikes

No promotion opportunity, currently going through transformation no one knew what's next step in transformation. Salary increment from last 4 years is minimal. Below par salary package. Skill development is zero . Don't even have training and development department anymore . Frequent changes in working environment. No clarity, whether Sanofi will continue its operations in India.

Company first hired on remote basis... gives promotion only when you apply for IJP.. is forcing employees to relocate by uprooting their family set up from where they were hired from.. no market correction happening in terms of salary.. measly hikes and a lot of regionalism too!

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
